Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

FREE SHIPPING 

Free shipping applies to all Australian orders that are $350AUD or over.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped using Australia Post, either express or standard (your choice at checkout). 

A Flat rate of $20 will apply nationwide.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All domestic Australian that are $350 AUD or more will receive free standard shipping.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Belinda Jeffrey ships to P O boxes within Australia and its territories.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently ship to USA, UK, NZ and Singapore.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@belindajeffreyhair.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Belinda Jeffrey Hair does not offer returns on change of mind.
